The Angela’s Ashes walk is based on Frank McCourt’s best-selling memoir of his childhood in 1930s Limerick.
Locations from Angela’s Ashes include: Windmill Street, Barrack Hill, site of the former Roden Lane, South’s Pub, Leamys School, the churches mentioned in the book and many other locations. The tours depart Limerick Tourist Office at 14.30hrs, and are conducted by Tour Guide Michael O'Donnell, with the approval of Frank and Malachy McCourt.
